No – not in the slightest. This is the misconception. We’ve been brought up on standard sports massage ie. Massage the injured muscle to promote recovery and relieve pain. Now although this helps, you haven’t fixed the underlying dysfunction in the body causing your pain. So your pain will return.
Be-Activated works on altering your nervous system. Your nervous system dictates the function of your muscles, your posture AND YOUR PAIN.
Since we’re working on alterning your nervous system, not your muscles, the results can be super quick.
You will feel the difference inside the session. I will guide you through a sequence of muscle tests that show you why your injury is happening.
