The ONE Muscle that must be working to relieve ANY pain long term

If there’s one muscle that deserves more respect—it’s your diaphragm.

 

Not just for breathing… but for staying pain-freemoving well, and performing at your best.

If you want to lift heavier in the gym or perform at your sport, you need to make sure you’re diaphragm is working properly  and your breathing is on point.

Now you are correct. The diaphragm is the body’s primary breathing muscle, but it also plays a crucial role in posture, core stability, and muscle activation.

Simply put, your body wants to do 2 things

To breathe and to move

If it can’t do those 2 things, it will die quickly. 

If it can’t do any of those things WELL then you will suffer less severe consequences.

Firstly through higher stress levels and shallow breathing (ie breahting through the chest instead of the belly) and then through injury.


When the diaphragm is not functioning properly (which is the case for most people), the body starts to compensate.

 

Shallow breathing patterns cause other muscles—like your neck, back, shoulders, and hip flexors—take over jobs they were never designed for.


Over time, this leads to tightness, restricted movement, and injury.

 

 

In todays world, the diaphragm is one muscle that, if neglected, will cause all sorts of havoc down the road.

 

 

In Be-Activated, the diaphragm is Zone 1 – The Foundation

If it’s not working, the rest of the body will struggle.

Muscles won’t fire correctly, strength is limited, and even basic movement becomes harder.

 

Walking seems heavy. Lifting weights and playing your sport feel like a chore – not a joy

 

This is why the very first thing I do in a session is test and reset the diaphragm.


When it’s reconnected, it often brings instant improvements in strength, range of motion, and even pain relief 

Wherever it is in your body. Shoulder, knee, back, calf.

 

It’s the kind of “aha moment” you feel immediately.
