Are YOU Curious About Achieving Higher Standards of Health?

The reason why I ask this question is this.

If you want to efficiently and quickly rid yourself of that back ache or any chronic muscle tightness, you have to be curious about reaching new levels of health, fitness and strength.

This is a bitter pill to swallow but the reason why you have that chronic pain is that you weren’t doing enough to improve your lifestyle habits.

The pain is an indication or signal for YOU to make changes in your life

Not saying you should feel bad about that and beat yourself up.

This happens to all of us- including me.

But I’m urging you to do 2 things.

  1. Be willing to uncover those things you’re doing wrong that are going to relieve your pain.
  2. Be continuously curious about improving your standard of health and fitness so that you stay ahead of these pains and niggles and prevent any future illness or injury.

For example, I’m always on YouTube exploring ways to live more healthily and reduce the chances of injury and illness happening in the future.

I do this because I’m curious about my health and I never feel I have enough knowledge for the rest of my life.

I know I have to evolve my knowledge as I get older or life will give me a sharp jolt with a warning sign about my health.

I listen and watch content from various people about nutrition and health. I watch Andrew Huberman, CarnivoreMD – Dr Paul Saladino, Thomas Delauer, Chris Williamson, Dr Ken D Berry plus many more.

Now I’m not saying you should watch these people.

Make up your own mind.

I m just trying to show you that I’m willing to think and explore outside the usual mainstream dogma.

And I’ve been rewarded with direction and answers that have maintained and improved my health and opened up new possibilities for me as I get older.

It’s unfortunate but the majority of people do not have this open mindedness.

They live with “blinkers on” not willing to explore new techniques that could easily and quickly improve their health.

Plus most are still transfixed by the Hard Work Philosophy and feel hard work and sweat are the only ways to get through this world.

And if you hold this philosophy, you won’t do anything because you don’t have the confidence that you can do that hard work.

And we put it off and off.

And you’ll continue to do the same things over and over again hoping that niggle or pain will just go away forever.

Life doesn’t happen that way.

Life will continue to give you that jolt of reality unless you do new things to improve your health.

Unless you are curious about achieving new standards for yourself.

If you embrace this philosophy of growth then more power to you.

You’ll stay healthier and stronger and pain-free for longer.
